Vitality Dialysis needed a brand that felt calm and human without losing a sense of trust. The goal was to create something more supportive and flexible for patients seeking alternatives to traditional in-center care. I developed a logo and identity built around soft gradients and half-rounded forms that reflect comfort and continuity. The visual system carries through typography and layout to keep everything clear and easy to use. It supports a model centered on independence and at-home care, reinforcing a sense of control for patients. The result is a brand that feels modern, approachable, and grounded in care.
